Mission Statement

We seek to provide our patients with the highest level of care possible. We aim to treat each individual in a caring and compassionate manner. The goal of this office is to aid every patient in their healing process by providing whatever tools are necessary to enable each individual to reach a state of wellness, i.e., to be able to function at his or her optimum level. We attempt to transition our patients as much as possible from strictly passive treatments to active care, mainly through education and particularly with instruction in customized, patient specific exercise protocols.

Initial Exam

You will receive a thorough chiropractic examination from Dr. Michael A. Faas, our senior clinic director. This first examination is usually our longest and most detailed exam. This exam aids us in determining the nature and severity of your condition. We want to assure you that if the exam findings indicate you are a candidate for chiropractic care, everything possible will be done to initiate treatment on your visit.

Massage Therapy

As this is a medical facility, all massage patients must first be seen for a brief exam by one of our physicians before receiving the prescription for massage therapy. This is done regardless of whether or not they decide to utilize chiropractic care in our office.

Referral Policy

Many health conditions are managed best with a team approach. We work closely with a great number of medical specialists, physical therapists, podiatrists, massage therapists, exercise physiologists, and other chiropractors. If our doctors believe that you need to consult with a medical doctor or other health practitioner to receive the most appropriate care, we will discuss this need with you and assist you in arranging a consultation.

Cancellation of Appointments

Please give us 24 hour advance notice to cancel or change an appointment. You may be billed for a missed appointment or last minute cancellation.

Financial Policy

Please provide the receptionist with all your insurance information. We are glad to process all insurance paperwork for you. We make every effort to advise our patients in advance if a service in the office is not covered by a particular insurance plan. Additionally, if you are a new patient, we do attempt to verify your coverage by phone within 48 hours with your insurance company. We will then inform you of your insurance company’s communication to us regarding your coverage, amount of unmet deductible, percentages, co pays etc… Whatever an insurance company may pay for services, please realize that the ultimate responsibility belongs to you, the patient. We are happy to set up a time to discuss your balance or a possible payment schedule. We accept cash, checks, Discover, American Express, Master Card or VISA.

If you have any questions about any of our policies, please feel free to talk with any of our staff.
